About CraftsNet

"CraftsNet" is an IT platform especially designed for crafts intermediary organisations and key actors in the crafts sector in ASIA and EUROPE to allow them to retrieve information, to support networking, to promote exchange of experience and best practice and to facilitate cooperation and value added activities.
The platform was created as part of the CraftsNet Project, which was co-financed by the European Commission's Europe Aid Cooperation Office, under the Programme Asia Invest II.
The overall aim of the original CraftsNet Project was to support institutional capacity building and reinforce networking of Asian intermediary organizations with European counterparts in the crafts sector.
The Project was implemented by crafts intermediary organizations in Europe (Germany and Greece) and Asia (Sri Lanka, Thailand, Bangladesh).
